LAP OF THE GODS
When designing an identity for their company, the Maserati brothers' inspiration came from the trident in the hand of the statue of Neptune in Bologna. One of the greatest racing victories for the marque was also acknowledged as Fangio's greatest race, the 1957 German Grand Prix. As a tribute to both great names, this imaginary scene in the clouds, the domain of the gods, shows the late Juan Manuel Fangio reliving that moment racing around a heavenly racetrack.
